Voter Registration Form

You may register to vote or update your current voter registration by completing the Florida Voter Registration form at the Supervisor of Elections office, the library, HSMV, or by using the online form below.

In order to benefit from our new online Voter Registration Form generator, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader or higher installed on your computer before proceeding. You must also print your voter registration form once completed.
